Waterproof & Moisture Absorbing Textile Theorem

Waterproof and moisture permeable textile has High permeability / Windproof / Insulation functions.

Two main products :
  1. Light weight one layer / super thin / Teflon water repellent capability / easy to clean. Micro denier high density texture .easy to carry.

  2. Two / Three layers , Waterproof & Moisture permeable / Moisture absorbing and releasing / Windproof and Insulation .
    It is the best fabric for all kinds of protective textures and garments for outdoor exercises and leisure activities .
USE : CASUAL JACKET , BIKING SUIT , CASUAL WEAR , HAT , GLOVES.

Hydrophilic Permeable Film Theorem
  1. High Moisture-Permeability
    Moisture-permeability is above 6000g/m2.24hrs (ASTM). The moisture-permeability comes from the unique molecular structure of TPU DIA-FILM that contains hydrophilic groups,through which water molecules can move to the exterior from inside.
  2. High Waterproof
    DIA-FILM is an excellent non-porous waterproof material that rainwater and snow can not penetrate.
  3. The moisture repelling process of non-porous hydrophilic films
     The moisture repelling process of non-porous hydrophilic films can be divided into three stages:
    a. Moisture Sorption: Moisture produced by human body is absorbed by hydrophilic DIA-FILM.
    b. Diffusion: Moisture is diffused to exterior from inside of the DIA-FILM.
    c. Desorption: Moisture evaporates into atmosphere through the DIA-FILM.
  4. Windproof and Insulation-Due to its fine and irregular structure, strong wind can not penetrate the films and insulation is provided.
  5. Waterproof - Water-washable, low temperature resistance down to - 30oC , light and soft, foldable and no static cling. Waterproof above 10,000 mm H2O.
  6. Super Thin Film- Film thickness 0.01mm~0.05 mm, suitable for various kinds of laminating materials
